How may I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks with proper ID. We no longer accept American Express.
Age?
Our Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. We love children, but in order to insure your comfort and the comfort of our guests, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa unless a service is being provided for the child.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours for single appointments and 48 hours notice for spa packages to avoid a 50% charge of service amount.
Spa package adjustment policy?
Spa package adjustments may be made during the scheduling process. We do not give refunds for any services that go unused. Services are non-transferable.
Tips or Gratuities?
At you discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by personnel. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or a service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out.
Is there someone to help me decide what treatments are best for me?
Our spa coordinator can help you plan a program to suit your needs and interests. Please make appointments in advance of your visit to ensure availability.
Can I ask the therapist to adjust certain things to increase my comfort?
Definitely, it’s your time and you should enjoy the experience. Ask to adjust the room temperature, for example, or the amount of pressure applied during your massage.
Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments, disabilities, or allergies?
Absolutely! In particular, if you have high blood pressure, suffer from allergies, or are pregnant, notify our Spa reception agent when booking your appointments.
What do we provide?
Robes and slippers are provided for most spa services and packages. Towels, toilette, private lockers, private showers, and spa refreshments are also provided. |
